Pathway 2 Prep Transition Mornings

Our School Prayer & School Values

Term 3 MacKillop Way Award Recipients
Term 3 focus: "Find happiness in making others happy" (Mary MacKillop)
Prep/1/2: Stefan Kohn
Stefan finds true happiness in making others feel valued and included. He shows care and respect for his friends and teachers by speaking nicely, greeting everyone with a cheerful “good morning,” and always communicating kindly. His kindness shines through in thoughtful actions—like inviting new students to join in a game of footy, helping those who are hurt by getting an icepack or a bandaid, and reaching out to anyone feeling lonely. By consistently showing respect and compassion, Stefan creates a warm and welcoming environment where everyone feels seen and supported. Stefan realises the importance of his words and actions and consistently finds happiness in making others happy.
3/4/5/6: Amelia Walker
Amelia has truly embodied our Term 3 motto, "Find happiness in making others happy." She always has a smile on her face and is quick to offer assistance to teachers, friends, and peers. She seems to find her own joy in seeing others smile. You can always count on Amelia to greet people by their names with a warm, welcoming smile, and her infectious giggle brings a sense of joy wherever she goes. She is a true leader who is confident in finding happiness in the happiness of others. I am proud to recognise Amelia for being so thoughtful and kind.

Student Protection Contacts
Keeping Our Students Safe: The Role of Student Protection Contacts
At our school, the safety and wellbeing of every child is our top priority. That’s why we have Student Protection Contacts (SPCs)—staff members who are specially trained to support students if they feel unsafe or have concerns.
SPCs are approachable, trusted adults that students can talk to. They listen, offer support, and take the right steps to ensure each concern is handled with care and in line with student protection procedures.
If you’d like to know who our SPCs are or learn more about their role, please don’t hesitate to contact the school office.
